We chose Facebook because it is social media that is widely used by many online users nowadays especially teenagers which is the targeted customer we want to reach to. I feel that many teenagers are too obsessed with Facebook. They spent most of the times surfing Facebook, checking friend's status, posting photos, sharing their moods and even relationship status.
There are many things that we needed to consider before starting that.We discussed and found some guidelines by asking the one who experienced in this work to start a online business.
Many problems that we met in the process as we tried to rack our brains to curb it.We had spent a lot of time to upload the photos of the product and the description to Facebook for the easy reference of the customers. Price is also an important things we thought about it.
When the Facebook users visited our page,they will ask by message us privately for more information about the products. We met different types of customer online. Some of them make us feel frustrated when they ask a lot of question without buying anything in the end. Some of them delayed their payment after placing the order. We also have to put up some promotion to attract customer.
Although we didn't earn much from this business due to the competition we faced from other online seller from facebook and other platform such as ebay, Taobao etc, but i feel that it was a meaningful time that we passed due to the gain of the experience in business.
Although there are many difficult problem faced by us but we still have a positive thinking to solve them."Never give up" is always our quote.
